INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT ALL APPS
on Amazon Fire Stick

Step 1:

1. Press the Home Button

2. Go to "Settings"

3. Go to "My Fire TV"

4. Click on "About"

5. Scroll down to "Check for Updates"​​

(*NOTE* Software Updates are provided by Amazon not Rolle TV Network)

6. If Updates are available - Click "Install Update"

Sunday Closed

Step 2:

1. Click "Applications"

2. Click "Manage Installed Applications"

3. Select App that you are currently having      concerns with

4. Select "Clear Cache" three times

5. Click on "Force Stop" three times​​

6. Then Click "Launch Application"​
